Arabic-first language systems
Retrieval and generation tuned on Modern Standard Arabic and Gulf dialect, with transliteration, mixed-script documents and RTL layout handled at the pipeline level rather than patched at the UI.

Most AI pilots in this region die between the demo and the deployment. We embed with your team to take one workflow all the way through — on your documents, in Arabic and English, inside your compliance perimeter.
What we build
Retrieval and generation tuned on Modern Standard Arabic and Gulf dialect, with transliteration, mixed-script documents and RTL layout handled at the pipeline level rather than patched at the UI.
Extraction for bills of lading, customs declarations, LC packets, Emirates ID scans and stamped originals — including the photocopied-then-faxed tier of quality that real archives are full of.
Tool-using agents that read and write against SAP, Oracle, ServiceNow and in-house ERPs, with per-action authorisation and a complete audit trail of what the model touched.
We mine your historical cases — the disputes, the reworks, the escalations — into an evaluation set. You learn what the system gets wrong before your customers find out for you.
Working sessions with your engineers and analysts, runbooks written in plain language, and a maintenance model your team can actually staff. No permanent retainer disguised as a partnership.
How we work
Thirteen weeks from first conversation to a system your team runs without us. If a workflow cannot get there, the diagnostic says so and we stop.
Weeks 1–2
We sit with the people doing the work and follow one process end to end. You get a written assessment of what is automatable, what is not, and what the honest ceiling is.
Weeks 3–7
One workflow. Real data, not a sanitised sample. Measured against how your team performs today, in both languages.
Weeks 8–12
Evaluation gates in CI, monitoring, fallbacks for the cases the model should refuse, and access control your security team signs off on.
Week 13 on
Runbooks, pairing sessions, and a named owner on your side. We stay reachable, but you are not dependent on us.
Evidence
Marasi Freight Services
Four staff spent most of every shift retyping customs packs into a 2009-era forwarding system. Roughly a third of the documents arrived as Arabic scans, many of them stamped, skewed or faxed.
We built an extraction pipeline against six years of their own archive, held out the disputed shipments as an evaluation set, and put a review queue in front of anything the model scored below threshold. The queue is now the job — not the typing.
“Three vendors demoed something impressive in a boardroom. Enable AI were the ones who asked to see the archive on day one.”
